Group B & C Posts Notification Info:

Name of the posts: Constable, Head Constable & Sub Inspector.

Recruitment Centre: Salbagan Agartala Tripura.

Total Number of vacancy: 797 Posts

Among UR, SC, ST, PWD & Ex-Servicemen.

Constable Crew: Total: 130 Posts

Educational Qualification: 

• Class 10 High School Passed from any Recognized Board in India.
• 1 Year Experience in Operation of Boat below 265 HP and Should know Swimming.

Age Limit: 20 years to 25 years. 

Relaxation 5 years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC Candidates.

Salary details: 21,700 - 69,100/- per month ( Pay Scale: Level 3)

Head Constable: Total: 136 posts 

Educational Qualification: 

• Class 10 High School Passed from any Recognized Board in India.
• Serang Certificate Required.

 Age Limit: 20 years to 25 years. 

Relaxation 5 years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC Candidates.

Salary details: 25,500 -81,100/- per month

Sub Inspector: Total: 16 posts 

Educational Qualification: 

• 10+2 Intermediate in Any Stream from any Recognized Board in India.
• 2nd Class Master Certificate issued by the Central / State Inland Water Transport Authority OR Mercantile Marine Department.

Age Limit: 22 years to 28 years.

Relaxation 5 years for SC/ST & 3 years for OBC Candidates.

Salary details: 35,400 - 1,12,400/- per month

Mode of Selection: The Selection of the candidates shall be done through a Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Trade Test and Personal Interview.
