Recruitment Details:

Field Officer

The field officer serves as the basic contact point between Svatantra and its customers. He/she represents the organisation on field and facilitate ground work and customer acquisition, as well as customer retention and satisfaction.

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass and above

Age Limit- minimum 20 years to maximum 28 years

Note: Experienced candidates as well as Freshers can apply

Relationship Officer - Collections

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collections of overdue EMIs via field visits.
• Ensuring ethical collection practices are followed.
• Giving timely collection reminders to customers.

 
Requirements:

Notes: Freshers or minimum 6 months of experience in Field Collections.

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass and above.

Skills Required: Good communication skills, both written and spoken (Hindi and local language).

NB: Open to travel in rural interiors along with strong geographical knowledge.
