Post Office, Guwahati Division released a job advertisement for the recruitment of Field Officers and Direct Agent vacancy to be engaged as sales force of Postal Life Insurance/ Rural Postal Life Insurance under Guwahati postal division on commission basis

1. Field Officer

Eligibility: Any Central/State Government retired Officer/official including Group A/Group B Officers and GDS persons. Persons applying for FOs should not have any official/disciplinary inquiry pending against her/him.

2. Direct Agent

Eligibility: Any Indian citizen with minimum age of 18 years. The applicant must have passed 10th standard or equivalent examination from a Board recognized by Central/ State Government.

Application form is available at all departmental post offices, Development Officer (PLI) and Inspector of Post Offices under Guwahati postal division. All documents mentioned in the application form are to be produced in original on the date of interview.
