Superintendent of Post Offices, Agartala division, Agartala - 799001 invites applications from willing candidates for engaging as Direct Agents/ Field Officer for sale of Postal Life Insurance products on commission basis. Interested candidates fulfilling the conditions below may apply to the Supdt. of Posts, Agartala Postal Division, Agartala - 799001.
Name of the Posts: Direct Agents (DA) PLI & RPLI.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification : The applicant must have passed 10th Standard or equivalent examination conducted by a Board recognized by Central/ State Government.
Age limit:
- For Direct Agent: The minimum and maximum age of applicant shall be 18 years and 50 years respectively.
- For Field Officer: A retired government officer/official can apply for engagement as FO till she/he attains 65 years of age.
- Candidate should not be engaged at present as agent with any other life Insurance provider.
Selection Procedure:
The candidate will be selected after qualifying in the "walk in interview" which will be conducted by the undersigned. The date of the Walk-in-interview" will be informed in due course.

Interested candidates fulfilling the conditions below may apply to the Supdt. of Posts, Agartala Postal Division, Agartala - 799001. The application should reach this office within 30th April, 2023 or submit directly to Development Officer, Agartala PLI CPC, Agartala Head Post office, Agartala - 799001.
Note: Members of Co-operative societies, Self Help Groups, Ex- servicemen will be given preferences.
