🎓 Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.08.2026)
- Educational Qualification: Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution.
- Work Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the RBI.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the local language of the state applied for.
- Preferred Certifications: IC 38, NISM Series V-A, NISM Series XXI-A, or NISM Series XIII holders will be given preference.
Ineligibility Note: Existing Bank of Baroda officers (regular or contract basis) and candidates who exited/resigned from eligible BOB positions within the specified period are not eligible to apply.

💰 Salary & Pay Scale
Selected Local Bank Officers (JMG/S-I) will be placed in the pay scale of:
₹ 48,480 - 2,000/7 - 62,480 - 2,340/2 - 67,160 - 2,680/7 - 85,920
Allowances and benefits apply per bank policy. One advance increment will be granted to candidates with one year or more officer experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
