Staff Selection Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the Group C posts. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) and Havaldar for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India and various Constitutional Bodies/ Statutory Bodies/ Tribunals, etc. Only those Applications which are successfully filled through the Website of the Commission and found in order shall be accepted. Candidates should go through the Recruitment Notice carefully before applying for the post and ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions like Age-Limit/ Essential Qualifications.

Total Number of vacancy: 1,600 Posts
Educational Qualification:
i) Minimum 10th Standard Pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or Institute.
ii) The candidates who have appeared in their 10th Standard or equivalent examination can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or before the cut-off date i.e. 01-08-2023.
Age Limit:
Minimum 18 years & Maximum 27 years.
The Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate or an equivalent certificate only will be accepted.
Relaxation in upper Age-limit admissible to eligible categories of applicants is as given below:
Age relaxation 5 years is applicable to SC/St & 3 Years for OBC Candidates.
Salary details:
- Multi Taskinfg Staff (MTS) : Pay Level-2 (Rs. 19,900-63,200).
- Havaldar CBIC & CBN : Pay Level-4(Rs. 25,500-81,100) and Level-5(Rs. 29,200-92,300).
Mode of Selection:
Candidates will be selected through the following Stages:
i) Computer Based Examination.
ii) PET & PST.
iii) Document Verification.

SC/ST/PWBD & Ex-Servicemen: No Fee
